Description

Flag Asipo Internal Anti mould Emulsion contains many encapsulated biocide additives, that have been uniquely formulated to combat high risk internal areas of any room. Which is usually humid & condensation is consistent which often leads to growth algae and mould.

Asipo is ideal as it has a superior water-based matt white finish. Flag Asipo anti mould emulsion has an ideal life span that can achieve 10 years which will protect from mould & algae from returning within that time. Asipo is very easy to apply either with a brush or roller and will give you a very transforming matt white finish. Asipo Anti Mould Internal can be applied to masonry and plaster and Internal wall and ceiling areas.

Sealing/Primer

  • On new plaster a sealant coat is recommended, this can be achieved by thinning the paint by
    10% with water.

Surface condition

The surface should be stable, firm, dry and free of dust sand, loose old paint, dirt, grease and oil. It is recommended to apply a primer prior to the specified filling procedure. Exterior: roof areas, gutters, lead flashing, slates, asbestos, cement, metal, asphalt, old
roofing felt, bay window and porch areas

Substrates
A wide variety of roofing materials
New roofing felts (or similar materials) can be highly porous and friable (because of the green/grey
stone flakes on the top) they also contain high levels of bitumen, it is recommended that these types of
new surfaces are allowed to weather for a minimum of 6 – 8 months before the application of Roofix.
